How it works

  1. 1Step 1

    Message us to book

Pick a branch and a time on LINE or WhatsApp. Booking is contact only, not a sale.

  2. 2Step 2

    Visit with your passport

Walk in at your branch or join the online consult. Photo ID is checked first.

  3. 3Step 3

    Collect in store

A licensed practitioner assesses you and issues the PT33. You collect in store, never online.

What to bring

  • Passport (or other photo ID)
  • Relevant medical records
  • Current medication list
  • Symptoms and what you hope to treat
  • Any earlier prescriptions and receipts

Who cannot use it

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Under 20 years old
  • Foreign prescriptions are not valid in Thailand

Visit a branch

Walk-ins are possible at every branch. Booking is recommended.

Questions

No. Sales happen in store only. Online we take bookings and questions, nothing else.

Medical use under prescription only. Nothing on this page is medical advice. Visiting tourists: read the visitor guide first.
